My second Friday stop was at Fidélitas Winery, also on Red Mountain. As I’m walking up to the front door I see an imposing looking gentleman on a cell phone chatting with his wife (apparently). As I get a closer look, I realize it’s the one….the only….Sir Bryce Appleby! As we shake hands he mentions that Fidélitas is now his new place of employment! After some congratulations he proceeds to take me through a fantastic tasting! You can’t expect anything less at Fidélitas. I plan to be seeing much more of my friend as the weather gets nicer! A new addition at Fidélitas also has a new addition of his own. Congratulations fine sir on the birth of your son!
